She is one of the world’s most famous teenagers whose life has been broadcast to the world since she was just child.

But while we think we might know Kylie Jenner, we don’t – at least according to her we don’t.

The 18-year-old has opened up about lots of aspects in her life as she stars in her most outrageous shoot ever for Interview magazine.

And here’s what we have learnt.

She’s experimented with her identity

This isn’t perhaps in the way you might first think when you hear someone talking about experimenting with their identity. She means her hair.

“Honestly, what I think set everything off is when I cut my hair off when I was 16 and dyed it blue. After that, I just felt so free and wanted to experiment with my look.”

Her various looks do not come with their own personality though – it is always just physical. And it always just her hair and make-up. Real identity changers.

New cars do not make her happy

This is a bit awkward because her boyfriend Tyga got her a Ferrari for her 18th birthday but unfortunately material things like that just don’t do it for her. Soz Tyga.

She said: “Like, it’s cool if I can buy myself a new car, and I think it’s amazing for a week, but then the thrill is over, and I’m like, “Oh, so I guess that wasn’t really happiness.”

She is worried she’ll regret not being a normal child but she’s done more than most 35 year-old women

Kylie didn’t really get much (or any) choice when it came to staring in KUWTK and it’s clear it really is a double edged sword for her.

On one hand she is concerned about looking back on a missed childhood but on the other hand, she says: “But it also is a blessing, and I’ve done so many things that most 35-year-old women still haven’t done. You can look at anything glass-half-full or what- ever.”

She is a successful female

Fortunately Kylie has quite a lot of self awareness, which means she can share gems like this with us: “Like, yesterday I realized that I’m 18, I’m a female, and I have accomplished so much. I live in a beautiful home and I work really hard, so I’m just grateful.”

Lady Gaga is a BIG fan

According to Ky, Lady Gaga came running up to her at a fashion show and gushed about how amazing she thinks she is.

She also told her to be authentic – which we think she’s doing pretty well anyway.

“So I just try not to change and stay authentic. I do feel pressure when I do sexy photo shoots and stuff, or if I want to post a picture ... I don’t know. Because I want to be a good role model, but I also want to be me,” she mused.

She’s limited by her fans

Sorry guys but some of you are limiting Kylie and her ability to express herself erotically.

“I feel limited in some ways because I have such young fans. But I’m okay with that; I do everything I want to do,” she said.

Imagine what this shoot would be like without any limits?

She has ‘friends issues’

Kylie admitted that over the years she has struggled with knowing if people are friends with her for the right reasons.

“I had a lot of friend issues throughout the years. That took a toll, and now I have two really great best friends that are the only people I hang out with. I keep a close circle,” she said.

She hates wearing make-up

Sorry,what? Kylie Jenner hates wearing make-up apparently. Despite launching her own lipstick and lip liner range yesterday, she actually isn’t a fan.

“I would probably just never dress up. I would never wear makeup, because I honestly hate wearing makeup.

“Lately, I’ve just been so over it. I feel like I’m way too young to wear such heavy makeup all the time. It’s just bad for your skin, but I’m always doing photo shoots or red carpets and events, so I just obviously want to look good,” she revealed. Right.
