Ahead of December 5 governorship election in Bayelsa state, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the state has accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) of plans to arrest some of its members with strong and influential electoral support base. Goodluck Jonathan, the immediate past president of Nigeria narrowly escaped death in Bayelsa state today, November 30. Some suspected men accused of working for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state drove into Jonathan’s convey.
