Taylor Swift Fears Zayn Malik Will Break BFF Gigi Hadid’s Heart


Squad members stick together! Gigi Hadid has started dating Zayn Malik, but her bestie, Taylor Swift, is not on team Zizi yet. HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop that Tay is watching out for her friend because she’s worried Gigi will end up with a broken heart!
Taylor Swift, 25, normally has nothing but love for her friends. But when she heard Gigi Hadid, 20, was seeing Zayn Malik, 22, she was very concerned for her. Taylor told Gigi to “be careful” with this new relationship with the ex-One Direction member, because Tay is afraid it won’t end well!
“Taylor was actually surprised when she found out that Gigi and Zayn were dating,” so was the rest of the world, but unlike Zayn’s fans, Taylor found out firsthand from the source. Gigi actually told Taylor about this new romance, the insider said, adding that Gigi “said it was super casual.”
Despite Gigi assuring Taylor that everything was okay, the “Wildest Dreams” wasn’t too thrilled. Taylor thinks her friend should “take things slow and not rush into anything too intense with Zayn,” the source tells HollywoodLife.com. “She doesn’t want to see [Gigi] end up with a broken heart.”
During this girl talk, “Taylor reminded Gigi of the way Zayn broke up with his last girlfriend and told her to be careful,” Zayn ended his engagement to the Little Mix singer in August, leaving her completely devastated. While Taylor doesn’t want to see Gigi end up another notch on Zayn’s belt, there may be another reasons she’s telling her “Bad Blood” bestie to beware.
“Taylor is not the biggest fan of Zayn, especially after he dissed Calvin [Harris] in such the public way,” the source tells. Much like how Taylor dislikes seeing her friend Selena Gomez hang out with Justin Bieber, Taylor may just not try to meddle with Gigi’s romance. However, as the source added, “Don’t expect to see Taylor and Calvin going on any double dates with Gigi and Zayn!”
